If you are a student who has signed up for SRO, congratulations and welcome. You have taken the first step toward a goal of running 26.2 miles. Striving to meet the challenge of that goal, showing commitment over the length of the training program, and maintaining the requirements of a solid GPA and regular school attendance will promote responsibility, health, and respect long after you cross the finish line.
All students must send an email to SRO: info@sroakland.org. Please include your full legal name, school you attend, phone number and your email. If the above information is not complete, your email will not be included in the SRO records. If you don't have an email, you can get one for free at: mail.yahoo.com, www.hotmail.com or any other free email service.
Be sure to carefully read the student obligations as outlined in the contract, and read and complete the following forms:

- Emergency Medical Treatment Consent Form
- Asthma Policy
You also will receive a Student Handbook with important information about training, nutrition, and injury prevention. Read it closely and use it throughout the training season. For any information related to SRO Events and the Training Calendar, please visit the Calendar page.

Your School Captain is the first person to be contacted if you have an Excused Absence. They can also answer any question related to Events and Training Schedule you might have.
